What To Expect

When you join me for a 1:1 hour-long guided conscious connected breathwork journey I will take you on a transformative inner exploration.

We begin by setting your intention for this session, allowing yourself to bring awareness to any areas of your life that you wish to work on or seek clarity.

Once settled, I will guide you through the rhythmic and intentional breathing technique that will allow you to tap into your subconscious mind and unlock deeper levels of self-discovery.

You will be invited to find a comfortable position as you lay down, fully surrendering to the experience.

Throughout the session, I will curate a carefully crafted playlist that will support and enhance your journey, taking you on a melodic voyage through different emotions and sensations.

As the breathwork concludes, I will allow time for reorientation and integration, providing an opportunity for journaling and open discussions to process your experience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

What you need to know:

Sessions are 60~75 minutes and held in-person at Red Door Massage Therapy Studio.

$150 per session (including HST)

What to bring:~ Eye pillow or eye cover to help to settle the eyes (seat of the nervous system) and go into our bodies to experience feeling and sensation

~ Water bottle, something to drink (mouth can get dry from open mouth breathing)

~ Comfortable and layered clothes, body temperature will fluctuate with this type of breathing

~ Medium sized stones or river rocks for the palms of your hands to help ground during the practice

~Journal and pen for after breath reflection Before the session:~Please refrain from eating 2-3 hours prior to the session. The Breathwork we are practicing is very active in the belly

~ Please hydrate prior to the session and the night before

~Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in

~Give yourself some time after a session to integrate

​Breathwork isn’t for everyone.

Hold off a session if:

  • If you experience any of the below conditions please either check with your medical professional first or reach out to be referred to a different modality that may be more suitable:

    • Pregnancy

    • Epilepsy

    • Occular Issues: (detached retina/glaucoma)

    • Cardiovascular Disease/Irregularity

    • Unmedicated high/low blood pressure

    • Osteoporosis

    • Aneurysms

    • Stroke

    • Blood Thinning or Anti-Clot Medication

    • Bipolar/Schizophrenia

    • Skeletal Fractures

    • Complex PTSD

    • Strong doses of anti-depressants, anti-anxiety, or mind-altering medication.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • 24hrs notice is requested for any cancellation/rescheduling.

  • If you reschedule your session before 24 hours of the start time no fee applies

  • Cancel within 24 hours of the start time – 100% of session payment.

  • Cancel 24 hours – 50% of your session payment.

  • Julie Watson RMT reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the session at any time with due reason.
